GCC Fall Festival

A Community Outreach Event

The Fall Festival is GCC’s largest community outreach event, designed to increase awareness of the center’s programs and resources. It allows the community to engage with local businesses, discover the diverse services available, and participate in cultural performances. The festival serves as a platform to promote the center’s work and emphasize its commitment to all age groups, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the community center.

  • Glow Cultural Center (GCC) is a nonprofit organization located in Flushing, an area known for its diverse cultural heritage, with over 200,000 residents of various ethnic backgrounds. GCC’s mission is to serve the community by providing a space for cultural connection, education, and growth. The center offers weekly programs such as Zumba, cultural workshops, celebrations, and seminars that cater to different organizations. It also provides valuable volunteer opportunities for students, and is a support system for older generations. The center is also dedicated to providing resources for those from lower-income households, offering opportunities that may be inaccessible to some.
